Poster exhibition showcases creativity from across the European Union

There will be a rare opportunity to see posters from the University’s Osborne Robinson Poster Collection next week at Avenue Gallery.

The 50 Articles: 20th Century European Graphic Design exhibition has been curated by Alex Taylor and James Smith, from the Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology.

Spring 2018 marks the midpoint between the Government triggering Article 50 and the UK leaving the EU in 2019.  This exhibition selects 50 posters from the Osborne Robinson Poster Collection to show the breadth of creativity, craft and ideas from across the Union.

The exhibition is open to the public, and runs from Tuesday 24 to Friday 27 April, between 10am and 4pm each day.

There is also an evening viewing, on Thursday 26 April, from 5pm to 8pm, with drinks and refreshments.
