Services
- 1 Hour One to One Strength and Conditioning Session – £55
A needs analysis of your sport will be carried out before an hour-long gym based strength and conditioning session will be undertaken with the aims of improving performance and preventing injury. Individual programmes can be provided.
- 1 Hour Group Strength and Conditioning Session – £80
A needs analysis of your sport will be carried out before an hour long gym-based strength and conditioning session will be undertaken with the aims of improving performance and preventing injury. Team-based programmes can be provided.
- Force Plate Analysis – £30
Using our specialist force decks software, we can analyse your jump and force velocity profile. From this, we can look for asymmetries, jump height and rate of force development, which can guide programming around optimising force development and performance.
- Isokinetic Dynamotry (H/Q ratio) – £120
Using bio-dex machinery, we can assess strength capacities both concentrically, eccentrically and isometrically. From here, we can identify Hamstring/ Quadricep ratios to help guide programming around injury prevention.
- VO2 Max Test – £100
- Speed/ Agility Testing – £30
Using Brower timings gates, we can accurately assess sprint performance over any desired distance up to 200m, accurate to the thousandth of a second. We can also assess a range of agility drill performance including 505, T-Test and arrowhead.
- FMS Screening – £45
Through the fundamental movement screen, we can evaluate seven fundamental movement patterns seeking opportunities for enhancing movement patterns. Inefficient movement patterns may lead to limited performance improvements and prevent the body from being as adaptable and durable as possible. Feedback and programming around the screen can be provided.
- Body Composition Analysis – £60
Our ISAK qualified staff can assess your body composition using the sum of 8 skinfold measure. From here, quality estimates of body fat and muscle mass percentages can be provided, which can also be tracked over time.
