Claire still works some shifts in the ED, alongside her role at the University.

  • Claire joined the University in 2022 as an Associate Lecturer.  She became a full-time staff member in May 2023, with a focus on Practice Development.

Claire teaches across the Pre- Reg Nursing years 1-3, as well as some Nursing Associate sessions.  As part of her role, Claire attends Northampton General Hospital every week, to offer Support in Practice (SIP).  This is for our Student Nurses and Nursing Associates who are on placement there, working closely with the Pre- Reg Practice & Development team.  Claire also offers support for our PVI settings in the North of the County.
