Ambulance Simulator
The ambulance simulator is located in our Paramedics Science clinical skills suite and it is a real ambulance (minus the engine, cab and wheels).
It contains all the equipment that is used within the Ambulance Service and gives our students the ability to practice real-life scenarios in a safe environment. Some examples of the equipment used are: traction splints, pelvic binders, defibrillators, cannulation consumables, airway management adjuncts (including intubation), scoops, lifting cushions and stretchers.
