Staff Profile

  • Dr Parthiban joined the University of Northampton in December 2024, where he primarily leads and develops undergraduate modules. Prior to this, he served as an Associate Lecturer at the University of the West of England, Bristol, from 2022 to 2024, and was a visiting Doctoral Fellow at the Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands. With a decade of research experience and nearly five years of teaching in higher education institutions across the UK and India, Dr Parthiban’s research spans various topics within public international law. His recent work focuses on critical theories of international law, the International Court of Justice, and the history and universality of international law.
