In the development of our Access and Participation Plan we carried out a really deep analysis of our data, which has enabled us to target cohorts of students and develop intervention strategies that will enable our students to achieve their potential. We also looked further into the research to identify why we have chosen some of our interventions, so that we are sure, as far a possible, our interventions will work. Finally we developed a glossary of terms which will help the readers of our Plan understand the key words and higher education language we needed to use.
