I graduated in Clinical Psychology in Turin in 2001 and was awarded a PhD in Clinical Psychology in 2006 by the University of Milan Bicocca. I qualified as a Systemic Therapist at the European Institute of Systemic-relational Therapist, where I still collaborate as a resident trainer.
After over 10 years of clinical practice I moved on to the UK to teach at the University of Northampton, where I became Course Leader for the MSc Counselling with Children and Young People. After leading the startup of the Systemic Family Therapy program for the IAPT collaborative board in 2017, I got back to CCYP, which I currently lead.
I also work as a therapist at Broad Horizons Clinical Services in Moulton, UK, mostly with adoptive families.
When I am not teaching or doing therapy, I write thriller novels, published in Italy by Golem Publishers and currently awaiting translation.
