Research Profile

  • Development of scheduling process for the M2M communications system over the white space spectrum with minimum power consumption

Smart variable spreading factor and sleeping periodic implementation for weightless machine –to-machine communication system. Weightless is an open wireless technology standard for exchanging data between a base station and thousands of machines around it using White space (frequency channels intended for TV broadcasting but currently unoccupied) with high levels of security. Weightless is designed to minimize the cost of wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) communication as much as possible, including hardware cost and on-going contractor network cost. In this case it is adequate to install on millions of devices.
