Introducing a new student ID card system

The University will shortly be introducing a new student ID card system to support our cause for concern policy and UKVI obligations. Staff members from the project governance group will be visiting school leadership and management teams in November to discuss the new system.  Additional staff updates will be issued via RTB news and dedicated emails.

Our students will be issued with new ID cards containing contact microchips. These will be used in conjunction with card readers, which will be fitted in every timetabled room at both Avenue Campus and Park Campus over the Christmas break.  Students will then simply touch in using their ID card when they arrive for any scheduled class to register.
