Meeting Rooms Hire

The University has many ultra modern meeting rooms available to hire, from smaller spaces for just three people right up to our large board room.

Fresh and new, with state of the art AV and all the refreshments you need, our meeting rooms are great spaces for productive meetings.

The Learning Hub

Inspire delegates at the Learning Hub, the heart of the Waterside Campus. It’s a bright, open, and relaxed space, perfect for an event, a large meeting, or a conference.

The modern furniture can be adapted to suit your event to create the space you need. It’s also surrounded by smaller meeting rooms, allowing you to change the layout however you wish. It’s also surrounded by smaller meeting rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, ideal for breakout time or meetings, with plenty of natural light.

The Senate Building

The Senate Building has been designed to provide a flexible space where delegates can work altogether or in smaller groups. It is bright and airy, and a pleasure to work or meet in.

With a contemporary Harvard-style lecture theatre, presentations can also take place here. Plus the elegant ground floor area is an ideal space for events and exhibitions, with a bird’s eye view from above.

The Creative Hub

The Creative Hub has a contemporary industrial feel. It’s a stimulating place to work, meet, and learn, with vibrant colours, high ceilings, and lots of space for creativity. This is the space on campus for exhibitions, showcases and any event that you want that “wow” factor for. Use the Creative Hub in multiple configurations for your event, defined by you.
