Bob Fisher has over 25 years’ experience of teaching EFL, ESP and EAP/ESAP in a variety of contexts, including 10 years in Spain, working at the British Council and Universtat d’Autonoma de Barcelona (Idiomes).
Prior to working at the University of Northampton, Bob was the Coordinator for Postgraduate Pre-sessional Courses at Middlesex University.
In addition to leading the subject area, Bob is also currently the Module Leader for Introduction to Language Teaching (2) on our MA ELT and for the Academic Conventions module for the BA Commerce and BSc International Finance programmes. Other key areas of activity include the provision of ESAP Insessional seminars and tutorials, Language testing and ELT teacher Training.
