Senior Lecturer in Education Dr Tanya Richardson wrote about her early years language research in Nursery World.

Lime Tree Primary Academy, in Sale, Greater Manchester, won the Early Years Foundation Stage category at the recent TES Schools Awards. Professor of Child Advocacy Eunice Lumsden was part of the judging panel and is quoted in a Messenger News article.

Teacher training graduate Hannah Shrive organised a Rainbow Day for her students at Hayfield Cross Primary to mark Pride Month, as reported by the Northamptonshire Telegraph.

The town is getting ready for this year’s Pride this Sat. One of the organisers is the University’s Nick Allen and he and Pride host Vanellope spoke to BBC Radio Northampton about what’s happening on the day. Listen again here (starts at 15mins).

The University has joined 22 town and county organisations to form a new Anchor Institutions partnership, as reported by the Northamptonshire Chamber.

Lecturer in Health Sciences Dr Jack Hardwicke was quoted in an Inkl article about concussion injuries in cycling.

Dr Marcella Daye, Senior Lecturer in Tourism Management, was this weekend’s Sunday School guest on BBC Radio Northampton.
