Fashion student Emily Andrews earned a trip to Germany after her designs inspired by female rappers were shortlisted for a sustainable clothing competition run by the Graduate Fashion Foundation, as reported by BBC News Online.

Professor Eunice Lumsden was this week’s ‘Sunday School’ academic, talking to BBC Radio Northampton’s Akylah Rodriguez about her career in social work and professional passion for early years and advocating for babies, young children and their families. Fine Art graduate Matt Landers made it intoWarwickshire World as his latest collection – mash-ups of old master paintings and golfing heroes – is being exhibited in Rugby.

One in five people in the UK suffer from misophonia, a condition where people are stressed or angered by common sounds such as breathing or snoring. The benefits of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships through the University were reported by the Northampton Chronicle and Echo, featuring a case study with a local elevator company.
