Praise for teams who have responded fabulously

Teams have been utilising technology and coping “fabulously” in an ever-changing situation to keep the University of Northampton ticking along, according to one of the institution’s senior leaders.

Deborah Mattock, Director of HR, Marketing and International Relations explained her role and the backroom teams she oversees at UON to NLive Station Manager Martin Steers, the latest in their series of interviews with University top-brass.

She gives praise to staff from across the University for responding quickly to such rapidly changing external events:

“My teams have been fabulous; the wider university staff have just been brilliant it all happened so quickly, we were in a good position particularly on the academic side as we are very much into this active blended learning. The way professional services staff have adapted as well, from literally one week being in an office surrounded by colleagues and the next minute working on your kitchen table”.
