Preparing students for the world of work

19.01.2017Casting directors, actors, designers, fashionistas and media professionals will all be sharing career advice at this year’s Subject Futures Week; taking place from 23 to 27 January 2017 at the University of Northampton.
This event helps student from the Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology prepare themselves for life after graduation by exploring different career opportunities and the chance to network with high profile industry people, such as casting director Lucy Jenkins, actor Ian Redford and fashion writer Colin McDowell.
In previous years, students have had the chance to meet inspiring individuals, such as news reader Alistair Campbell, Head of BBC Music Bob Shennan, actor Lesley Joseph, author Fay Weldon and pantomime veteran Christopher Biggins.
