Date 7.11.2019
7.11.2019Theatre-goers can spot the stars of the future at two festive productions being performed in Northampton during December.
Tickets are now on sale for Robin Hood and Alan Ayckbourn’s Season’s Greetings, which are being performed by final year Acting students from the University of Northampton.
Lecturer in Acting and Drama, Owain Rose, said: “Not only will the shows get people into the festive spirit, but they’ll also provide ticket holders with the chance to enjoy the work of tomorrow’s stars of stage and screen.
“Our Acting course has an excellent track record of producing talented graduates who go on to work on some amazing projects in the industry, so this is your chance to say ‘I saw them first’, should any of our current crop of third years hit the big time.”
Robin Hood takes place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 11 and Saturday 14 December, with Season’s Greetings being performed at 7.30pm on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 December, with a matinee on Saturday 14 December at 3pm. Season’s Greetings is suitable for those aged 14 and over.
Tickets for all performances, which take place in Isham Dark, St George’s Avenue, NN2 6JD, are priced £5, and £1 for UON students.
