Offering a wide range of undergraduate degrees, foundation degrees, diplomas and a variety of postgraduate opportunities up to PhD level, the University of Northampton is one of only a handful of universities in the UK to offer some two year fast-track degrees, and also offers four-year extended degrees with a year in industry.
Rod Jones, Group CEO of Navitas, commented: “With the University’s focus on academic excellence and commitment to the student experience, we believe we can create a highly attractive and successful college in partnership with the University of Northampton.
“We are confident about the future of international education in the UK and this will better position us for future growth in that region.”
Professor Nick Petford, Vice Chancellor of the University of Northampton, commented: “The University of Northampton currently welcomes more than 1,000 international students from more than 100 countries, every year. Students joining us can expect to find high quality academic teachings, first class resource and a friendly, supportive learning environment. Once approved by UKVI, the partnership with Navitas will create a vibrant and successful International College on campus.”
