Waterside Halls Student Village

The University of Northampton’s on-campus Student Village has been designed with your studies and social life in mind. Living at Waterside campus is a great opportunity to experience living away from home for the first time, with all the support and facilities you may need on your doorstep, including our 24 hour-access library, Student Information Desk (SID), and Students Union clubs and societies. Waterside campus is close to Northampton town centre, so you’ll only be a short walk away for rail or coach links home.

Waterside Student Village at the University of Northampton includes flats with large, small, and accessible en-suite rooms, town house rooms, and studio flats, all complete with halls facilities and services.

At UON, we guarantee full-time, first-year students a place in our Halls – and we won’t ask for a deposit for September 2025*. We’re also proud to be in the top 20 for most affordable student accommodation in the UK.
