Exceptional Circumstances request form

This request form will be sent to the Academic Advisers, part of the Student Support & Advice Team.

In this form, we collect personal data including your name and programme and any other information you may choose to provide, including special category information about your personal circumstances, health, race, or religious beliefs. We collect this information to consider your request in light of your exceptional circumstances. We process personal data in our legitimate interests and on the basis of substantial public interest in ensuring that we meet our statutory duty of care to students. Your personal data will only be shared internally with authorised individuals and stored securely in accordance with our retention policy.
