International Tourism Management BA Welcome Pack
Welcome to BA International Tourism Management 2024.
The BA International Tourism Management programme is designed to provide you with the strategic and operational expertise, skills and knowledge that you will need to successfully manage tourism related businesses in your future career. The programme incorporates a range of modules with varying industry focuses from sustainability and destination management to visitor attractions management and marketing as well as many more!
The overall aim is to produce qualified, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking graduates. The tourism industry job market is ever evolving and responding to challenges and opportunities. You will develop sound academic and practical experience of management in the tourism and associated industries to enable you to exceed the expectations of employers.
You can expect to be treated as a professional from the beginning, encouraged to follow your own pathway and explore the subject area from a range of perspectives. There will be face to face sessions, workshops and online sessions across the modules and you will have tasks and materials to explore between taught sessions. We also have strong links with the local and regional tourism sector which will mean that you have opportunities to learn in real-life industry environments.
