Special Educational Needs and Inclusion MA Welcome Pack

Welcome to Special Educational Needs and Inclusion MA and Special Educational Needs and Inclusion (Autism Pathway) MA 2024.

The MA SENI programme is for those wishing to deepen their knowledge, practice, and professional skills in the field of inclusion. We will be covering a range of topics in our modules such as inclusive perspectives, understanding autism and challenging behaviour, Social Emotional and Mental Health as well as nurturing approaches for individuals with additional needs.

The programme equips students with skills that can be applied in various professional contexts. The rich curriculum, therefore, is the strength of our programme; content draws upon the most recent evidenced-based research methods, ethics, policy and practice for inclusion, and the needs of individuals at the heart of change.

MA SENI modules are informed by up-to-date international and local levels of application. The MA student, therefore, is actively engaged in learning, teaching and research with a view to becoming leaders in the work context.
