Specifically, we use case studies of our graduates and current students to help promote our courses and the University as a whole. By signing this form, you give permission for UON to store data entered above for the purposes described for a maximum of five years from your consent (date given on this form). The data will be held securely by the UON Marketing Department and will be treated confidentially and with sensitivity for the benefit of the University and its members. Data will not be disclosed to external organisations, other than those acting as agents for the University whilst producing our marketing and recruitment material or on alumni related projects. The University may also be legally obliged to provide information to certain external surveying companies working on behalf of such organisations as the Higher Educational Survey Agency (HESA) or University funding bodies.

This is covered by Article 6 paragraph 1(a).
