Offering small and large en-suites, single studios, and accessible rooms, our Student Village is just a few metres from the academic buildings where you’ll be learning.

A popular choice for first year and international students, our Waterside Halls are the perfect environment to meet new people and stand on your own two feet while you study.

Large En-suite

Single Studio

Single occupancy open-plan room with kitchenette and en-suite shower, washbasin and toilet.

Waterside Small En-suite

Single room with en-suite facilities and communal kitchen/living space for up to 10 students.

Waterside Standard single

Single room. Bathroom facilities shared between two students, kitchen/living space for 12.
