Our Town

The town centre is only a stone’s throw away with plenty of things on offer

Northampton Town has plenty of things to keep you entertained. From nightlife to coffee shops and bars, there is something for every student to get involved with.

Some student hotspots include Pala Restaurant which serves fresh Neapolitan-style pizza, Grandbies for all things fashion and coffee, and Northampton Art Gallery and Museum which is perfect for an afternoon of visiting local exhibitions and art displays.

Students can easily walk to the town centre in only 10 minutes, this allows for students to have access to supermarkets, shops, cafes and activities within proximity. Alternatively, students can take any of the 4/4A/4B, 8 or 18 bus routes which depart from Waterside campus to the town centre.
